Some members of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference of Shanghai, the country's top advisory body in the city, yesterday inspected the Expo site along the Huangpu River.

Chen Xianjin, deputy director of the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination, accompanied the inspection.

Chen gave a progress report on Expo preparations and the master plan of the Expo site.
