Guangdong Province will submit more cases to the Urban Best Practices Area exhibition, its World Expo 2010 organizers said.

Four cities -- Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan and Zhongshan -- will apply for the third category of exhibitions that will run for a shorter period of one to 10 days during the Expo instead of six months.

The International Selection Committee has selected more than 55 cases to display in the area that will share urbanization experiences.

The organizers said they set up the third category as some projects, such as public policies, are difficult to display in a physical way. Other means of display, such as forums or multi-media presentations, may be more suitable for them.
